Built by litigators, for their own practice.

DocketWatch didn't start as a product. It started as the tool we needed to keep our own docket from slipping.

The origin

We're practicing litigators across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Florida — and our own docket wouldn't sit still.

Court notices arrived at all hours, across a dozen portals and inboxes. Deadlines were computed by hand, late at night, with no margin for a miss. So we built an in-house tool to watch the courts, read what landed, and propose the dates buried inside.

When it started catching dates before we did — and showing us exactly where each one came from — we knew it shouldn't stay in-house. DocketWatch is that tool, made for other firms who answer for the same dates.

DocketWatch

"The docket clerk that never sleeps — and shows its work."

NY NJ PA CT FL Federal
The mission

Turn a flood of court notices into a schedule you can trust — without asking anyone to trust a black box.

What we hold to

Two principles, non-negotiable.

Accuracy you can audit.

Every date traces back to the document it came from, with the source sentence highlighted and a confidence score attached. If you can't see why a date was proposed, you shouldn't have to believe it.

The attorney always decides.

DocketWatch proposes; a person disposes. Nothing reaches a calendar until someone confirms it. We don't replace an attorney's judgment — we clear the desk so there's room for it.

Never miss a date. Always know why.

Bring every court date into one calm, auditable schedule.

DocketWatch is in active use across NY, NJ, PA, CT, FL and the federal courts. Sign in to your firm's workspace, or explore what the platform does.
